Goddess Dressing
Ingredients:
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup chopped green onion, including some of the green part
1/8 teaspoon tarragon
1 teaspoon dried minced garlic
1/2 cup plain low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup fat-free mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons wine vinegar
Pinch of white pepper
1/2 teaspoon anchovy paste
Directions
Place all the ingredients in a blender or
food processor. Mix until smooth. Chill.
Serve over a vegetable salad. Toss to coat.
