Southwest Dressing Ingredients 1/2 cup plain nonfat yogurt Yield: 3/4 Cup Directions Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Process for a few seconds at a time using a pulsing motion in order to blend all ingredients yet retain some tomato texture. Chill 15 minutes before serving.
