1 stick margarine, cut in slices
1/2 cup boiling water
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup sugar
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon iodized salt
1-3/4 cup flour
1 egg
vanilla ice cream
Directions:
Heat oven to 350°F.
Put butter,
water, molasses, sugar and ginger in blender container.
Blend until smooth. Add rest of ingredients (NOT
ice cream) and blend until smooth.
Pour into greased
9-inch pan and bake for 45 minutes
