Marinated Mushroom Salad
Ingredients
1/4 pound iceberg lettuce, shredded
1/2 pound medium mushrooms
1/4 cup Light Italian Dressing
Yield: 4 servings
Directions
Remove stem ends from the mushrooms. Wipe caps and stems with a damp paper towel and slice.
Toss mushrooms with Italian dressing. Chill and serve on lettuce.
