Pureed fruit, yogurt and honey Pancake Topping
Ingredients
1 cup fresh fruit coarsely chopped or whole berries
3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
Makes 4 servings
Directions

Puree the fruit with the honey in a food processor.

Add the yogurt and blend for 30 seconds.

Serve with the pancakes.
