Three Color Fruit Salad An eye-catching salad that is also delicious and nutritious. Ingredients
2 medium-size ripe papayas Makes 6 servings. Directions Peel and seed papayas. Slice into slender wedges. Pit and peel avocados; cut into thick slices. Hull strawberries and cut in half. Arrange portions of papaya, avocado, and strawberries on individual plates. Sprinkle with almonds, if desired, and garnish with watercress. Use with Wine Grape Dressing. Nutritional Information
